Why is this the standard and in other industries equipment and its care is reduced to the lowest common denominator? How can a service company be in the preventive maintenance business when their equipment is thrashed, breaking down all the time or in a state of disrepair? At our company made it clear to all potential team members what we stand for and we often turn down applications of those who think that getting by is good enough.
